Returns and Exchanges

  • We accept returns of our products as long as they are in perfect condition, have not been tampered with and are in their original packaging.
  • If the product does not meet any of these conditions, the return will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer at their expense.
  • The maximum period to return a product is 15 days from receipt of the product.
  • All returns must be made with postage paid by the customer. In no case will returns with postage due be accepted.
  • Returns of products that have been sent with free shipping, for any reason, will be made with a €8 handling fee.
  • It is the customer's obligation to check the products upon receipt and if any anomaly or discrepancy with the original order is observed, the customer has 24 hours after receiving the shipment to notify us.
  • We will only accept your returns if the product packaging is not damaged and the visual condition is the same as when we sent it.
  • Outside this period, alofanshop.com will not accept returns unless previously agreed or due to manufacturing defect.
  • In the event that the shipping error is attributable to alofanshop.com, the corresponding item will be sent as soon as possible, postage paid.
